The purpose of parent-teacher conferences is to provide you an opportunity to meet one-on-one with your child’s teacher in order to help your son or daughter be a successful learner. You’ll be able to ask questions about the class and how your child is performing. Most importantly it is a time for you and the teacher to work together to find ways to mutually help your child.

IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL OPTIONS

Parents/Guardians will have the option to attend conferences in-person or virtually. All in-person conferences will be held in compliance with MTSD's Health & Safety Plan. Face coverings will be required per current PA Department of Health orders.

HOW TO SCHEDULE*

You will have the ability to self-schedule your in-person or virtual conference time slots using an online application known as "Meet the Teacher." This online application will allow parents with multiple children to easily coordinate conference times across multiple buildings, teachers, and days, and to then confirm their entire schedule with a single click.

Detailed information was shared with you on October 25th in an email from our Technology Department. Please refer to that email if needed. You also should have gotten customized log in information in an email on Friday, October 29th.

If you require technical support with accessing Meet The Teacher, please contact our Technology Services Department at 717-519-1500. If you are directed to leave a voicemail, please be certain your message includes your first and last names, as well as the name(s) of your student(s) and the school(s) they attend, and the best phone number at which we can return your call.
