ATTENDANCE

Absence, Tardy or Early Dismissal

Excuse notes must be signed by a parent/guardian and submitted to the school office within within 3 days following the absence, tardy or early dismissal. If your child sees a medical provider, please be sure to submit a note from the provider.

Educational Trips

Limited to 5 days per school year. Submit request no less than 2 days prior to the trip.
